Mark Citera
Master Butcher, Citera Family Meat Market
Mark is the proud owner of Citera Family Meat Market in Stroudsburg, PA. Mark has been in the butchery business his entire life, with over 40 years of experience.
Born in Astoria, Queens, he grew up working in his father’s butcher shop and developed a passion for his craft. Focused most on freshness and quality, he takes great care to deliver the finest product to chefs, restaurateurs, and loyal customers alike.
Mark looks forward to offering his selection of quality meats to the greater Easton area and building his family business.

Luca Manfé
Chef, Entrepreneur, Author of “My Italian Kitchen”, and MasterChef Champion
Luca is an Italian-born Chef, entrepreneur, and winner of MasterChef Season 4.
Originally from Friuli, Italy, Luca grew up immersed in the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. After moving to the U.S., he honed his culinary skills working in restaurants before winning MasterChef in 2013.
Since then, Luca has built a successful career as the owner of a catering company called Dinner with Luca, cookbook author, and culinary event host.
Establishing a new partnership with Citera Family Meats at Easton Public Market, Luca will share his passion for Italian flavors through gourmet sandwiches and prepared foods.

Jessica Plante
General Manager, Public Relations Specialist, and Food Enthusiast
Daughter of Mark Citera, Jessica has been around quality Italian-American cooking most of her life.
With a degree in public relations, she has worked with multiple small businesses to cultivate their branding and boost sales. Additionally, she has spent the past 4 years working in South Bethlehem as a bar Manager in a popular pub downtown.
Jessica inherited her family’s love for food and her own taste for travel, she has enjoyed honing her home-cooking skills as well as offering charcuterie boards for sale at Citera Meat Market.
Jessica’s mission is to connect customers with exceptional products while fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment that celebrates craft and tradition.
